Alessandro Allori, full name, Alessandro di Cristofano di Lorenzo del Bronzino Allori (1535 – 1607)

Alessandro Allori was an Italian portrait artist of the late Mannerist Florentine school. After his father died in 1540, Alessandro was taken in by the mannerist painter, Agnolo Bronzino who was a close family friend. Bronzino taught him to paint, and Alessandro would sometimes sign his work under Bronzino's name.
