Giovanni Antonio Boltraffio, or, Beltraffio (c. 1467 – 1516)
Giovanni Antonio Boltraffio was an Italian artist of the High Renaissance period. He worked at the studio of Leonardo da Vinci, along with the northern Italian artist, Bernardino Luini. It is believed that both Boltraffio and Luini, worked directly with Leonardo and later became the two, most significant artistic personalities to emanate from Leonardo’s studio.
