Frank Myers Boggs (1855 – 1926)

Frank Myers Boggs was an American-French landscape artist, considered widely by his critics, as an impressionist painter. He tended to paint misty mornings and cloudy, rainy days. Boggs painted many scenes on the River Thames in London, due to the fact that he had an artist’s studio situated on one of its banks.
