Albrecht Adam (1786 – 1862)

Albrecht Adam was a Bavarian artist who accompanied Napoleon Bonaparte during his 1812 Russian campaign. He was detached as an official artist who kept records of events, through his sketches and paintings. He later became famous for painting horses.
